Nearshore Software Development for European Companies

A senior engineering team in your timezone, working in French, English or German, at roughly 40% of Western European rates. Based in Tunisia, delivering across Europe.

What this includes

Hiring engineers in Western Europe is slow and expensive. Offshoring to a distant timezone trades that for a different problem: a day of latency on every question, and a layer of account managers between you and whoever is actually writing the code.

Tunisia sits in Central European Time. That single fact removes most of what makes remote engineering painful.

What “same timezone” actually buys you

A question asked at 10am is answered at 10am, not tomorrow. Stand-ups happen at a normal hour for both sides. A production problem on Thursday afternoon is handled on Thursday afternoon. None of this is remarkable — it is simply how working with a colleague feels, and it disappears the moment you are eight hours apart.

Language

Work is delivered in French, English or German. For a French or German SME, that is not a detail: specifications, review calls and handover documentation in the language your team actually works in is the difference between a system your staff adopt and one they route around.

What it costs, and why

Roughly 40% of Western European rates. Not because the engineering is lighter, but because Tunisian salaries and overheads are lower. The work is done by senior people — there is no junior bench being billed at senior rates, because there is no bench.

Engagements run on fixed scope with milestone delivery. The price is agreed before work starts and does not move. If scope changes, that is a conversation and a new number, not a surprise on an invoice.

Proof rather than promises

The German venue group Röhrdanz runs a booking and loyalty app we built end to end, rated 5.0 on the App Store, alongside a ticketing platform and a real estate site. Confortex and Vie Sublime, two Tunisian retail brands, run e-commerce platforms we built.

We also run six of our own products on the same infrastructure we build for clients — which is why we do not recommend tooling we have not operated ourselves.
