Most of the time lost in a growing business is not inside any one tool. It is in the gap between them: the order copied from the shop into accounting, the payment checked by hand against the booking system, the customer record that differs in two places.
What is delivered
- The connection itself, built on the APIs, webhooks or exports of the systems involved.
- Safe retries. If a call fails and is repeated, the result is the same as if it ran once.
- Logging and alerts. A record of what was sent, what came back, and what failed, with an alert when a person needs to look.
- Documentation and source code, so the integration can be maintained by anyone.
How it works
- Assessment. We read the interfaces of both systems and list the cases to cover: refunds, credit notes, currencies, partial payments.
- Fixed scope and price. The assessment becomes a written scope with one price.
- Milestones. First one complete flow in a test setup, then the rest. You test each milestone against your own data.
- Handover. Source code, documentation and a walk-through.
Work to look at
Payments in a ticketing platform. The B’moovd ticketing platform takes payments through three providers: Stripe, Mollie and PayPal. The mobile app for the same client uses Stripe, as described in the B’moovd app case study.
Electronic invoicing. Axynoxia Invoice is an invoicing platform prepared for Tunisian electronic invoicing, and we connect existing invoicing software to El Fatoora. See El Fatoora integration.
